FACTS ABOUT AFRICA!

The history of present day Africa states could be traced to colonial rule, courtesy of the Berlin conference of 1885, which divided African territories into areas of influence of European powers. The actual rule was brief or long, depending on the policy of the colonial powers. At the end of the colonial rule, independence was granted as a result of mutual settlement or prolonged war of independence.

At independence, African states establish their government based on liberal democratic principles with a flourishing multi-party system. Within four years, multi-party system collapsed, giving way to one party rule or military authoritarianism. This system of government continued to dominate the African political landscape until the end of the 1980’s.

From the Northern Horn to the southern cape: and from the Tropical Savannah of the west to Equatorial Region of the East, the entire continent was caught in a wave of democratization. Indeed, democracy became the only game in town. One of the essentials features of democratization process is election.

TARIHIN AFRIKA A TAKAICE

Tarihin kasahen Nahiyar Afrika ya samo usuli ne daga Taron Berlin da akayi a shekarar 1885 a wannan taron ne aka amince da yanyanke Afrika ga daulolin Nahiyar Turai. Irin mulkin mallaka ko mulaka'u da daulolin Nahiyar Turai din suka yi na wa'adi ne ya Allah mai tsawo ko takaitacce. A karshen mulkin mallakar, kasashen da aka mallaka sun sami 'yanci a sakamakon fahimta da yarjejeniya ko kuma bayan anyi gwagwarmayar yakin kwatan 'yanci.

kasashen Afrika da suka sami 'yanci kan tafiyar da harkokin mulkin dimokuradiyya mai tsarin mulki da jam'iyun siyasa kan yin aiki tare. A dan lokaci kadan (kamar shekaru hudu) tsarin siyasa mai jam'iyu da yawa kan ruguje ya haifar da jam'iya daya mai kama-karya ko kuma mulkin soja. Irin wannan yanayi ne ya yiwa harkokin siyasa kaka-gida a kasashen Afrika har zuwa karshen shekarun 1980.


Ilahirin Nahiyar Afrika ta tsunduma cikin hadahadar tsarin mulki irin na dimokuradiya wanda hakan ba ya samuwa sai ta hanyar zabe.

SAMMACIN AL-BASHIR: ADALCI KO ZALUMCI?

A ranar laraba ne 4/3/2009, kotun kasa da kasa da ke birnin Hague ta bayar da umurnin damko shugaban kasar Sudan, Omar Hassan Al-Bashir. Kotun na zargin shugaba Al-Bashir ne da laifukan kisan kare dangi a Dafur daga 2003. Tuni wannan sammacin ya haifar da cece-ku-ce a kasar Sudan da ma duniya baki daya inda mafiyawancin kasashe ke tir da wannan umurni na kotun duniya. To amma bai kamata ayi tuya a manta da albasa ba, domin kuwa ya kamata mu duba muga menene ummul aba isin haifar da wannan rikici na dafur? Kuma su waye keda hannu a rikicin? Tun bayan da arzikin mai ya samu a kasar Sudan, Amurka tayi kokarin ganin ta shiga kasar ta tafiyar da harkar mai amma hakanta bai cimma ruwa ba don kuwa basu samu yadda suke so, hakan kuwa shine silsilan rikicin Dafur kuma ita Amurka itace ta haifar da rikicin don ta kasa samun biyan bukatanta. Domin kuwa kafin bullar mai a kasar, Sudan na zaune cikin zaman lafiya ne ba tashin hankali a cikinta. Lokaci yayi matuka da yakamata kasashen afrika su fahimci irin kallon da kasashen yamma keyi masu, don kuwa wannan umurni da kotun ta bayar kan Al-Bashir hannunka mai sanda ne ga sauran shugabannin, don haka su gagguta nuna rashin goyon bayansu kan wannan umurni na kotun mara tushe balle makama, domin ance idan gemun dan uwanka ya kama da wuta to shafa ma naka ruwa. Don haka, kotun kasa da kasa ta sake nazari kan wannan umurni da ta bayar na damko Al-Bashir, Bush da sauran ‘yan kan zaginsa ya kamata a damko kafin aje ga Al-Bashir (in har yayi laifin da za’a kamashi). Allah ya taimaki nahiyar afrika ya kuma kareta daga sharrin kasashen yammaci.

Matasa Na da Mahimmanci ga ci gaban al'umma.

Matasa akace manyan gobe, kuma tushen cigaban kowace al’umma. Hakika wannan zancen haka yake, domin kuwa suna da babbar rawar dasuke takawa wajen tafiyar da harkokin yau da kullum. Saidai wani babbar matsala dake tare dasu shine rashin nuna halin ko inkula da gwamnati keyi masu. Rashin sanin muhimmancin matasan yasa haka ko kuwa rashin sanin su wanene matasa? To yadai kamata kowa yasan cewa matasa sune manyan gobe kamar yadda aka sani, kuma suna da babbar gudun muwa da zasu iya bayarwa wajen aikin raya kasa. Shin menene kalmar masata take nufi? Kan wanene hakkin matasa ya rataya? Menene kalmar manyan gobe take nufi, kamar dai yadda akance matasa manyan gobe? Wani irin kalu balene yake gaban su matasan? Menene zai iya faruwa kan irin rikon sakainar kashi da akeyiwa su matasan?
Ita dai kalmar matasa na nufin samari ne wadanda shekarunsu ya fara daga 18-25, kokuma daga 18-30 kamar yadda wadansu suke gani, yakuma ma danganta ne da yadda kowa yake ganin lokacin da yakamata a kira mutum a matashi, wato daga shekara 18 zuwa yadda yasamu. Idan kuma muka duba shin kowane ne hakkin matasa ya rataya akansa, zamu ga cewa hakkin nasu bawai ya rataya akan gwamnati bane kawai, harma da iyaye da sauran al’umma, koda yake ana iya cewa gwamnati ita keda babbar hakki. Domin kuwa duk wata al’umma da take son cigaba, sai tabayar da cikakkiyar kulawa ga matasanta da basu kyakkyawar horon daya dace dasu don zama wakilansu na gari bana banza ba a duk inda suka shiga.
Allah sarki! Bahaushe yace wai matasa manyan gobe, kuma ko shakka babu wannan Magana haka take, kamar yadda nace a baya. Domin dai ita kalmar manyan gobe na nufin matasa ne zasu amshi tafiyar da ragamar mulki a duk lokacin da wadanda suke mulkin a yau suka tsufa ko wa adin barin aikin su yayi. Har ila yau kada matasa su yadda su zama ‘yan bangan siyasa, abin nufi anan shine, kada wasu ‘yan tsirarun mutane su rika amfani dasu wajen tada zaune tsaye don kawai cimma burinsu, wanda bayan su wadannan mutane sun samu abin da sukeso basa yiwa su matasan komai illa su watsar dasu. Matasa susan cewa fa su wakilai ne na samar da zaman lafiya ba hargitsi ba a cikin al’umma. Daga karshe, ya kamata gwamnati da sauran hukumomin da abun yashafa da su san cewa fa matasa ba abin wasa bane a kowace irin al’umma. Musamman ma ganin cewa sune manyan gobe kamr yadda nayi bayani a baya, kuma suna da gudun muwa na cigaba da zasu iya bayarwa. Don haka yana da kyau a rika duba duk wata irin matsaloli dake damunsu, da kuma yin kokarin samar masu da maganinsa. Kana duk wata al’umama ko gwamnati data ga ayyukanta na samun cikas ko rashin ci gaba, to ta waiwaya ta dubi matasanta taga yadda al’amuransu yake tafiya.

SHIN MATASALAR RUWA ZAI ZAMA TARIHI A ZARIA?

Budaddiyar Wasika Ga Gwamna Namadi Sambo.
Duk dan adam yana da bukatan abubuwan more rayuwa na yau da kullum kamar su wutan lantarki, hanyoyin sufuri masu nagarta,da dai sauransu.amman saidai a yau akasin hakan ake samu. Koda yake, wasu ma ana iya cewa sun zama dole yin amfani dasu. Misali, koda yake ruwa ba’a ce dashi abin more rayuwa ba, amman dukkan mai numfashi na bukatansa a kulli yaumin domin sha, girki da kuma sauran ayyukan yau da kullum

Kash! Saidai labarin a birnin zariya ba haka yake ba. Domin kuwa ruwa ya zama dan gwal. Saboda a yau duk wanda yazo garin zariya daga wata garin, to babu abinda da zasu fara yi masa maraba face ‘yan garuwa. Wadanda suke sayar da ruwan nasu da dan karan tsada, kuma gashi wasu daga cikinsu ruwan nasu bawai yana da kyau bane. Wanda idan hakan ta daure, to nan gaba ba’a san abinda zai haifarba.

Koda yake wannan matsala na rashin ruwa a birnin zariya bawai sabon lamari ne ba, saidai kawai yadda rashin nasa yake dada tabarbarewa. Na tabbata duk yaron da ke zariya a yau, wanda shekarunsa basu wuce sha takwas zuwa ashirin ba, wallahi bai taba ganin ankawo ruwan famfo a gidansu ba. Wannan matsala kuwa ta wuce duk iya tunanin mutane, domin kuwa kamar yadda nace ne tun farko, al’amarin yana neman wuce gona da iri. Abin ban takaici ne yadda a yau yara kanana cikin dare suke fita ko kuma da subahin fari da sunan suna zuwa neman ruwan da iyayensu zasu yi masu abinci. Wanda hakan kan iya sa yaran shiga wani halin da bai dace ba.

Don haka ya kamata gwamnatin jihar kaduna data karamar hukumar zariya suyi hubbasa wajen magance wannan fitina data addabi jama’ar nasu, ganin cewa ma yana daya daga cikin alkawuran da suka daukan masu yayin yakin neman zabe. Ya kamata mai girma gwamna alhaji namadi sambo, ya sake duba wadan nan famfuna da aka kafa masu aiki da hasken rana don su rika aiki yadda ya kamata, don kada yazamana anyisu amman babu amfani ganin cewa kudin al’umma aka dauka akayi aikin dashi, don haka yakamata suga amfanin yin aikin da dukiyarsu.
