RIBADU'S DISMISSAL:CONSTITUTIONAL?

The police service commission has finally achied its success by dismissing Malam Nuhu Ribadu, former EFCC boss from nigerian police force. the decision taken by PSC to dismissed Ribadu threw many nigerians into confussion as wheather the dismissal was constitutional or not. I would like to make it clear that it was not so, becouse Ribadu was challenging his demotion from assistance inspector general to deputy commissioner of police and the court did not deliver its verdict.
though, the PSC gave their unacceptable and stupid reasons for dismissing him, which they said includes; gross indiscipline, insubordination, absence from duty, among others. But the question is that, in what status they want him (Ribadu) to report to his working place? is it as A.I.G or what? it's quite unfortunate and a great set back to this country that Ribadu after serving the nation diligently, is now facing this hard punishment.
But the decision taken by the so called PSC did not came to nigerians as surprise, becouse the commission has since been planning to ternish the image of Malam Nuhu Ribadu. today, Nigerians don't know know if it is now a crime for someone to serve his nation fairly and diligently, pls PSC and the government of this country should answr this question so as to ,ake us clear. it's all believed that no one can be hundred per cent clean, therefore Ribadu did not deserved to be paid back in hard coins becouse he did his best for the country.
It's high time now for president yar'adua to intervene into this matter inorder to protect the name and integrity of Ribadu. he (president) sgould know that Nigeria needs people of ribadu's calibre to keep this country moving on its right way.
I would like to advice the PSC to have a rethink over their awful decision and also prove to nigerians that what they did was purely constitutional as earlier claimed by the commission. It's my candid opinion that many Nigerians are with you Ribadu and are always praying for yopu, so take heart. Those behind his(Ribadu) dismissal will see their consequencess sooner or later, they should also remember that God sees and hears everything and he will definately judge.

THREE YEARS REMEMRANCE PRAYER

December 18, 2005 will remain unforgetable to our family. It was on the early hours of that fateful day that our beloved father Justice Abdul-Hadi Dabo left this sinful world to rest in the bossom of Allah. Three years has gone now, but you are still fresh in our momery as if it was just yestarday you departed.
You came to earth with nothing and left with nothing, but rather left a legacies that others resisted. You triumphed over hard work which has been our watchword.
The eyes can not see you, the norse can not sense you, the mouth neither can talk to you, but what about the ears, they both can not hear you...
Prayers can not awaken you from the deep slumber you have fallen, it will only elevate you to the most high and bury your past earthly mistakes.
It's our prayers that the Almighty Allah will have mercy on your soul, together with all the muslims who died before you right from the time of prophet Adam (A.S). May He afford us the will and patience to pray for them and bless us with those who will pray for us when we die...
May Allah's infinite mercy shower you an infinitum forgiveness of your past mistakes..May He also grant you the eternal rest. Ameen... Coninue to rest in peace till we meet in ALJANNA FIRDAUSI....
